1.) Focus Group? (working through English Club?)--Marthine

2.) Formatting questions for Ken Hiltner--Kim

3.) Finish developing general "Teaching Practices" survey (available to all faculty)

4.) Draft questions for long interview w/ Porter Abbott (Winter '08)--Ryan

5.) Talk to Joni re: setting up Staff training on wiki--Ryan

• work with Anne? (since we're setting up the undergrad liason)
• allow grads/faculty to come, too (perhaps increase attendance...)

• E-mailed Joni on 12/3; will discuss w/ her a possible training date; we're thinking early next quarter (Winter)

6. Check to make sure all English 10 materials have been migrated from old EDKB--Marthine

7. Draft Appropriate-Use Policy--Kim

• publication of student work (e.g. journals)? What is too personal for publication on wiki?
• post final policy on main page and/or privacy settings guide page?

8. Contacting alums from undergrad program? "What can I do with a B.A. in English?"
